Exchange Policy
Customers can apply for a replacement within 7 days from the date of receipt (subject to the shipping company's delivery approval record) and subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Return Policy
If there are human errors such as wrong orders or missing orders due to our company, our company will promise to refund within 7 working days.
For all pre-ordered and purchased products, our company does not provide return or exchange services.
The pick-up period for all orders is one month from the Whatsapp/email notification of the pick-up date. If the company does not receive the customer's request to extend the pick-up time, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the product and payment will not be refunded.
2. Exchange terms
If the product you received is defective, please take a picture of whatsapp/email on the day of receipt and let us know. After confirmation, there is stock available for exchange. Customers need to bring the purchased product and the invoice to the store for replacement within 3 days. Overdue exchange will not be accepted. Goods application.
Each invoice can only be replaced once, and no refunds will be accepted.
The replacement product must be returned together with the complete package (including the original label, accessories, manual, etc.) and the original payment receipt.
If the return or exchange is done by express, the round-trip freight (including tax) must be borne by the customer.
When exchanging goods, if the amount of the exchanged goods is lower than the original goods, the difference will not be refunded.
3. Inapplicable return and exchange conditions:
All discounted or special items;
Some personal products that touch the skin (including headgear, masks, etc.);
The goods that have been used, installed or damaged, lack any label, we will not accept returns;
Some non-spot goods that need to be ordered;
In case of any dispute, Fancheng reserves the right to make the final decision and to modify the above terms and restrictions without prior notice.
